Chief Executive Officer Detecon
Dr. Uwe Heckert has been appointed as CEO of Detecon, the international management and technology consultancy of T-Systems, focused on digital transformation, since July 2026.
Since January 2026, he has also been responsible for the Health Industry at T-Systems as Chief Operating Officer.
Previously, the business information systems specialist headed the DACH region and the Healthcare Informatics business in Europe as Managing Director at Philips. Earlier stages of his career included McKinsey, Unisys and T-Systems, where he took on leadership responsibility early on.
Uwe Heckert studied business administration in Berlin, Göttingen and New York. He further deepened his expertise in artificial intelligence at MIT. In addition to his executive responsibilities, Uwe served – among other associations – as Executive Board Member at DIGITALEUROPE and Chairman of the Health Executive Council, contributing to the advancement of digital health and innovation across Europe.
